Important Shipping Information

Please read before purchasing!

Please note that all freight goes via "ground" service.

Standard Small Carton Delivery

Small cartons are shipped via Federal Express Ground delivery.  A Federal Express tracking number can be supplied by call our factory at 215-362-2766.

Large Product Standard Delivery

DPAII and the IPD stands are considered oversized and must ship via common or air carrier.  Oversized products are shipped within 5 days of receipt of order and will deliver within 3-5 days after shipment.

If you are located at a residential address, the freight company will call you prior to delivery.  A four-hour delivery window will be provided by the freight company. Redelivery charges may be assessed if you miss your delivery appointment.

Upon delivery of the freight and before signing the freight company’s delivery receipt, please inspect the carton for any damage such as dents, holes, creases, etc.  Please note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Once you sign the delivery receipt and accept the shipment
responsibility for damage is yours. If you discover physical damage to the carton, you may ask the driver to wait while you open the carton and check the product for damage. If damage is found you may re-secure the carton and refuse the shipment. Simply write “REFUSED DUE TO
DAMAGE” on the delivery receipt before the driver departs. 

If you find damage after delivery and/or if you refuse the shipment please email Amanda Hosgood at Amanda.hosgood@numonics.com for further instructions.  After accepting delivery, please keep all packaging materials for 30 days in case you discover damage or defects after delivery.

Delivery of oversized products will be delivered to the nearest ground-level entrance to your location. If you require “inside” delivery additional fees may be assess by the freight company.  These fees will be negotiated directly with you at the time of delivery. The freight company will collect these “inside” delivery charges. Payment can be made by cash or check.

If you refuse delivery for other than damaged freight or if you return non-defective product, you will be responsible for the actual return freight cost. Return shipping charges should be paid directly to the freight company in advance. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price is assessed for the return undamaged and non-defective product.

If you plan to make purchases exceeding our stated shipment weights, your order may require special shipping.  Please contact the factory directly at 215-362-2766.
